The US market research firm Forrester Research found three surprising trends in email usage in its latest analysis:

2. Email Usage is Increasing: 96% of all internet users over 12 years old use email. One could confidently speak of saturation here. However, usage via smartphones is growing and still has potential for increase at 61%. It will be crucial to be prepared for user mobility in this area.

3. Your Customers Want to Receive Emails from You: A growing number of consumers stated that they have signed up for a company's newsletter.
