Due to the Federal Council's regulations concerning the coronavirus pandemic, the Basel Center for Mindfulness was forced to quickly offer its weekly midday meditation as an online service.

The center itself made the initial effort for this transition. Afterward, it was important to make the offer known and accessible to a wider audience in the simplest and most convenient way possible.
