Your traineeship

During your traineeship, you will dive deep into the world of online marketing. You will work with various digital platforms and learn:

Social media management —strategy, content creation, and community management for client projects.
SEO & Performance Marketing – Planning and implementation of SEO optimizations and ad campaigns.
Content Creation – Creation of creative texts, graphics, videos, and more.
Web projects & UX – Support with the design, analysis, and implementation of websites.
Data analysis & optimization – evaluation of campaign results and derivation of recommendations for action.
And above all, marketing strategies, customer service, andconsulting.

Your responsibilities

Support in creating content (images, videos, texts).
Participation in the planning and implementation of social media strategies.
Community management on our clients' channels.
Support with SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
Collaboration on blog posts, landing pages, and website projects.
Analyses and evaluations for performance optimization.
Supporting the team in a wide range of online marketing projects.
Support with appreciative customer service.

Your profile

Initial experience in online marketing (e.g., social media for companies/organizations, blog posts, ad campaigns, CMS systems, email marketing, communication concepts).
Ability to formulate complex content in a comprehensible and appealing manner.
High affinity for digital trends, AI, and social media.
Creative flair for design (experience with graphics programs is a plus, but not a requirement).
Initiative, reliability, and enthusiasm.
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Native-level German (C2) is required.
