Caritas partner
Millions of people worldwide are dependent on humanitarian aid. We are proud to be a partner of Caritas, which saves lives and creates new prospects.

Women Empowerment
Strong women can overcome many obstacles—and thereby bring about positive change in their country for generations to come. Through our involvement as a program partner of Helvetas' "Strong Women" initiative, women gain access to resources or the opportunity for education, and thus a future. Their independence also boosts their self-confidence, increasing the likelihood that they will advocate for important women's issues in their communities.
Ecological and social pension fund
We are affiliated with the sustainable pension fund

Inclusion and equal opportunities
With the iPunkt certificate, we are setting an example for a working environment that breaks down barriers and promotes equal opportunities. We are actively working to make it easier for people with disabilities to access the job market and to create a corporate culture that embraces diversity. For us, sustainability also means social responsibility—and leaving no one behind.
LGBTQIA+ rights
Equality is also an important issue for us when it comes to LGBTQIA+ rights. That's why we've created a guide that shows how companies can also stand up for LGBTQIA+ rights. We also donate to organizations such as Pink Cross and Queeramnesty.

Fundraiser for the WWF
Like many other habitats, the Arctic and Antarctic are threatened by the climate crisis.
With your donation, WWF is fighting for effective climate protection. During our fundraising campaign, onlineKarma doubled every dollar that was donated.
solar vignette
With the solar vignette, we power our PCs and cell phones with solar energy. The solar energy produced in Switzerland is fed into the public power grid. This enables the loss-free operation of solar systems and creates incentives for further ones. We have been using solar energy for our marketing agency since 2019.
CO2-neutral advertising agency
We strive to keep our CO2 emissions as low as possible. As a certified company, we offset the remainder with certified projects in Brazil via ClimatePartner.
Member of the sustainable business association swisscleantech
As a member of swisscleantech, we participate in the Swiss trade association that promotes environmentally responsible business practices. The goals of swisscleantech include a sustainable power supply, a carbon-neutral Switzerland, and the establishment of climate-friendly business models.
Cooperative insurance
There is no completely sustainable insurance in Switzerland yet. However, Mobiliar and Vaudoise are organized as cooperatives and are committed to ecological and social projects (Mobiliar Sustainability Report 2023 & Vaudoise Sustainability Report 2023).
100% renewable energy & resource cycle
We use resources as efficiently as possible, try to produce less waste, and use 100% recycled EcoLabel paper. In addition, thanks to IWB, we obtain electricity from 100% renewable energy sources in Basel and heat our offices with district heating. Of course, we try to produce as little waste as possible and separate the waste that is produced.
Helvetas education sponsorship
In developing countries, vocational training is often the only way for girls in particular to escape poverty. Well-educated young women can earn their own money, marry later, and have fewer children. We support these projects with a Helvetas education sponsorship.
Climate-friendly travel
We offset the CO2 emissions of our company and websites with contributions to certified projects in Kenya and Indonesia via ClimatePartner (see above). In addition , we offset the greenhouse gases from all our travel via atmosfair, the test winner for climate protection and CO2 offsetting, with 150% of the necessary CO2 offsetting. As a matter of principle, we try to use sustainable means of transport (bicycle, train, metro, bus) whenever possible.
Scholarships in developing countries
As a member of the for-impact organization Aiducation, we support the awarding of scholarships to talented and needy students in developing countries, giving them access to education.
Organic and Fair Trade
What each and every individual does is important. That's why we buy exclusively organic and Fairtrade certified products whenever possible. Here, by the way, is an overview of all organic restaurants in Basel .

With our OceanCare sponsorship, we are committed to protecting our oceans. With our donation, the organization is specifically committed to protecting dolphins and their habitats.
