Furthermore, all parties involved have committed to strict confidentiality.

All personal information you provide to us as part of your online application will be stored, evaluated, processed, or forwarded exclusively for the purposes of the application process. The data is accessible only to Human Resources staff and selected executives at onlineKarma GmbH.

If you are hired by onlineKarma as a result of your application, your personal data—or, if applicable, an excerpt thereof—will be printed out and added to your personnel file or stored electronically. 

5. Accurate Information
The personal information you provide (including attachments) must be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date, and must not violate any legal regulations. Please note that providing false information may result in the termination of a potential employment relationship. If your application materials give cause for concern—for example, by not being appropriate for the purpose of an application—we expressly reserve the right to delete the documents or your user profile.
